Strutが1976年のクラシックアルバム『African Rhythms』に続いて『Space Jungle Luv』を発表。Plunkyとそのバンドが新たな方向性を示した作品だ。ゲットースタイルを維持しつつ、今回は星々に目を向けたようなサウンドに進化している。強く甘美なヴォーカルを担当するのはJacqueline Holman（別名Lady Eka-Ete）、そしてBranchのサックスがその音楽にさらなる広がりを与えている。

Strut presents Space Jungle Luv formed a year after the classic African Rhythms set on 1976. Space Jungle created a distinct change of direction for Plunky and co. They continue with their ghetto style, but this time they were looking at the stars; with the strong, sweet vocal stylings of Jacqueline Holman (aka Lady Eka-Ete) and Branch's saxophones effects.
