This album was recorded in Paris in 1976 and was discovered and released in 2009 as a masterpiece of Brazilian acid folk, captivating fans of Brazilian music and paranormal psych-folk. Led by Joyce Moreno's vivid voice and sharp lyrics, legendary Brazilian percussionist Nana Vasconcelos and arranger, producer, and bassist Mauricio Maestro complete the trio. This beautiful recording offers a rare opportunity to sit in on the original sessions of songs that have become Brazilian cult classics, including "Banana" and the lullaby "Clareana," named after Joyce's daughters Clara and Ana. songs are also included. The most magical moments come from "Jardim Dos Deuces" (one of Frank Ocean's favorite songs of all time) and the orgasmic album closer "Chegeda."
