Description
[Released on 5/25! ] Kiyoshi Yamaya's "Ryukyu RYUKYU" 7 inch, which was released in 2018 exclusively at Okinawa Record Shoji and sold out immediately, will be re-released nationwide with a new jacket design in 2022, the 50th anniversary of the return of Okinawa. Kenshing3, who worked on the previous jacket design, is in charge of the design this time as well.
Kiyoshi Yamaya's "Ryukyu" LP reissued in June 2021 was sold out immediately after its release. Kiyoshi Yamaya Works' compilation album "Wam ono Groove: Shakuhachi & Koto Jazz Funk '76" was released by French label 180g in January this year. In addition, a compilation of minyo rare grooves featuring Kiyoshi Yamaya's works is being prepared for release on a British label. This 7 inch was the beginning of this movement.
