For almost 50 years since joining the Sadistic Mika Band in 1972, Yukihiro Takahashi has been active as a drummer, singer, composer and producer. It was in the early 80's that he established his identity as a solo artist after experiencing a social phenomena break with YMO. In terms of albums, the reissue series "YT EARLY 80S", which focuses on the period from "Music Murder", which can be said to be the first hit as a solo work, to the soundtrack version of the final work of the alpha period "April Fish", will be released this fall. Start. Prior to that, the introductory compilation board "GRAND ESPOIR" was released simultaneously on CD/LP. Yoshinori Sunahara was appointed for song selection and mastering. Includes representative songs and important songs from solo works from 1980 to 1985. Analog cutting is handled by Bernie Grundman, an American master craftsman engineer. TOWA TEI is in charge of art direction and design, and TOMOO GOKITA, an internationally acclaimed artist, is in charge of the jacket artwork.
