This is a disco tune with catchy female vocals that makes you feel the 80's, as the title suggests, by Rubrique, an artist whose works from Footjob and Tieffrequent were well received in our shop! The slightly late disco on the B-side is also cool! Limited edition of 250 copies!

German artist Le Rubrique debuts on NDYD Records with a magical journey to the 80s by recreating a sound of an époque that has defined today's music in so many ways. The a-side, the pumping 'Children Of The 80s' jump-starts the journey right onto the dance-floor of NYC's legendary club Disco 54 and gets feet shuffling and bodies moving straight away. But that's not all: On the b-side of the release, which is perfectly named '1984', the Frankfurt-based producer teamed up with Dan Bay to craft a master-pieced loaded with original synth and drums coming straight from that era. Another exciting tune to relive the past and to celebrate life on roller-skates or towering shoes for a moment or two. NDYD German record label Launched in 2014.
