Music from Memory has selected and reprinted rare recordings such as cassette songs and compilation songs recorded by the Belgian Congolese duo Denis Mpunga & Paul K from 1984 to 1987, and the punchy cover that resembles chicken meat has also become a hot topic. A collection of remixes is now available on “Criola”! Prins Emanuel, who is known for his albums on the same label as well as works from Aficionado and Chalice, and Tolouse Low Trax, an up-and-coming artist who is highly recommended by Antinote, create pre-house originals that fuse ethnic instruments such as mallets with synths and drum machine sounds.
