A collaboration project between Cuban pianist Axel Tosca Laugart and percussion/drummer Amaury Acosta, who starred in the 2016 Cuban-jazz documentary film "Cue Bop," is directed by Anthony Nicholson. Released in 2 discs from Chicago Clairaudience! His mother is the famous singer Xiomara Laugart, who is also known for participating in American Clavé, and in 2005 he was scouted by George Clinton. ~ Featured work that crosses over hip hop! The C/D side contains a supple and elegant deep house remix by Anthony Nicholson, so house fans should check it out! Highly recommended!
