ARIWA cover version of the Motown soul masterpiece "Silly Wasn't I" created by Ashford & Simpson, a husband and wife writing team who have left many masterpieces in Motown! A famous song that is also famous as the source material for 50 Cent's "Best Friend" and MURS & 9th Wonder's "Silly Girl" and is also popular in the hip-hop field! This work has never been reprinted on record and was only included in ARIWA's early release extremely rare compilation "GENITAL ZONE" (1983), and was eagerly awaited by lovers and reggae DJs to make it a single.
