SEAN SOUNDS / BRING THE HEAT SERIES

The 9th release from Street Edits, a re-editing label that has attracted attention with releases such as Rahaan and Bruce Ivory! Known as Mr. Bring the heat in the Chicago scene since the early 80's, this work named "Bring the heat Series" by Sean Sounds, who also became a hot topic in collaboration with Rahaan from Lumberjacks In Hell, is Julie Mourillon's 1978 Caribbean music. A1, which is a Hugh Masekela-style Afro-jazz-funk version of the disco-funk "Rock Your Bones," and Tom Moulton, a powerful female vocalist who sings soulfully. This is an artist and series that will continue to attract attention in the future, including 3 songs, B1 of "Disco Child" material, and B2 of "Get Up & Party" material reminiscent of the 70's Motown sound!
