The popular series Sofrito Super Singles, which has attracted attention for its reprints and re-edits of rare Afro-Central and South American music, has released the second installment of the "Percussion" series developed within the label! This time we will be picking up Erick Cosaque from Guadeloupe, a French overseas province in the Caribbean! Starting his career as a singer in the 70's, he worked with the band/percussion ensemble Les Voltages 8, and in this work he introduced African percussion, drum machines such as the TR-707, and new attempts such as layering folk in his 90's work. Compiled around! The compatibility with early techno/house is perfect, and it is a recommended piece that can be used not only as a song but also as a DJ tool!
