Mic Newman, aka Fantastic Man from Melbourne, who is active with Fine Choice and Love On The Rocks, has started a new project, Mind Lotion, and will drop a full album on France's Antinote! This work develops an 80s new age Balearica soundscape using edgy and transparent digital sounds from FM synths and early PCM synths, polyrhythmic oriental electro A2 using shakuhachi sounds, Mysterious tropical - frontier style A3 and B1, refreshing digital funk centered around synth mallets A4, and B3 with a dreamy bell and voice melody, etc. A high level of perfection with a faint virtual feel.
