One of the premature future pop miracles. FLAT FACE's "FACE" is finally reissued on vinyl with the latest remastering. The only album by the pop unit by Mitsutoshi Takesue, who was the drummer for the legendary band Vineyard in the early days of Japanese rock. A sophisticated European sound that blends acoustic textures with a focus on carefully crafted input, similar to 1980s Elle Label, Crepuscule, and Compact Organization. One of the premature future pop miracles that foreshadows later Shibuya-kei sounds such as neo-acoustic and French pop. The remastering engineer is Masato Hara. Contains liner notes by Tei Koyanagi.
